We are more than thankful that we decided to have Vintage Village Craftsman, (Loren Sullivan) renovate our kitchen. Loren made the process seamless and oversaw it from start to finish. We received practical advice and guidance as well as personal service. Any minor problem was addressed immediately. The quality of our cabinets is superb and we know that we received good value. The workmanship of Jim Bredenko and his crew was excellent. They were a pleasure to have in our home and any challenge that surfaced during the renovation was solved cheerfully. Our new kitchen is everything we hoped it would be and more.

We recently purchased kitchen cabinets and countertops from Loren Sullivan at Vintage Village Craftsman. It was a great experience. Sully was very helpful with the selection process. He was very knowledgeable about all of his products. Vintage Village has a variety of choices with a wide range of options. He measured twice with two visits to our home. There were no mistakes with our new cabinets or countertops. Sully was very easy to work with and was always upbeat about the few changes we made. His installers attention to detail was greatly appreciated. We were pleased with the workmanship and quality of the cabinets. Being an amateur carpenter; designing, building and financing my new home presented many unknown challenges. With Sully's knowledge of finish carpentry, cabinetry and conventional kitchens, he was able to instantly identify important details in my custom Jim Bishop kitchen that needed to be corrected, decided and resolved. Building a new dental office, I was concerned about the dental equipment, plumbing and cabinetry coming together efficiently, functionally and achieving the look I desired. After consulting with Loren on our design choices and installation time line I felt confident that things would go well.

The construction process had its share of surprises but none of them had to do with the cabinets or countertops. Loren provided a smooth installation with a beautiful and functional result. Although no follow up work was needed, Loren frequently inquired how the cabinets were functioning and if any touch up or repair was needed.

Now almost 5 years later I couldn't be happier with our cabinets and our choice of installer. I would most definitely use Loren again and would certainly highly recommend him to anyone. He made a large and difficult process much simpler and less stressful because I knew I could count on him to do the job right the first time.
